Ahh Seadra, a water type favorite of mine.
These guys were always one of my favorites, along with Suicune and Starmie, not too sure why, but I always had a soft spot towards these guys. I drew this last night while I was busy EV training a Horsea on my Emerald Version, so I decided to draw Seadra after I had just finished the Dratini picture, the tail part I had trouble doing, the head didn't come out right and the snout I had the biggest difficulty with, but I love how the 'wings' came out. ^^ So yeah, that's it.
